About Me
I'm Marty Dillon - an Ecologist and Computer Scientist based in Armidale, New South Wales, Australia. My work focuses on Conservation Biology, Landscape Ecology, and Modelling Vegetation Communities & Biodiversity. I live close to the eastern escarpments of Australia's Great Dividing Range, near Oxley Wild Rivers National Park - part of the world heritage listed Gondwana Rainforests of Australia. I am inspired by this truly wild terrain, and I'm continually fascinated by the interplay between the physical terrain and the diversity of flora and fauna that it supports.
